By accessing or using the FitSure.app mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FitSure.app is an AI-powered fitness and wellness platform that provides personalized health recommendations based on user data and activities. The Service is currently in development and will be available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store upon release.

3. Registration and User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FitSure.app and its licensors.
